Nuventive customers are active in sharing best practices and use cases within the community of users as well as regularly providing feedback and ideas to Nuventive executives and development staff.

Nuventive Customer Advisory Council
The Nuventive Customer Advisory Council (NCAC) facilitates an active dialogue with Nuventive management based on customer input and promotes customers’ success in using Nuventive products and services. The council consists of members whose organizations represent a cross section of products, institutions, and geographies. Membership on the Customer Advisory Council is by invitation. The Nuventive Customer Advisory Council:

  • Functions in an advisory role for product direction, customer service policies, and business strategy
  • Draws attention to items of global interest and collaborates with Nuventive to construct processes to address them
  • Forms a strategic alliance with the Nuventive user groups to gain feedback on customer needs and issues

Nuventive User Group
The objective of the Nuventive User Groups is to foster a communications, networking and educational forum for users of Nuventive-related products and services, as well to create a forum for influencing the direction of current and future products and services.
