Western Michigan University (WMU) is a nationally
recognized research university and is listed as one of
the nation’s top-100 public universities in U.S. News
& World Report's annual ranking of American colleges
and universities. Leading educational institutions
like Western Michigan are increasingly expected to
demonstrate the value of their programs and show
continuous improvement of the institution and the
achievements of its students.
In order to demonstrate this achievement and satisfy
the accountability requirements set by various
constituencies, WMU established an institution-wide
assessment initiative that would improve their
processes for managing program improvement across
the extended enterprise of students, faculty and
administration.

TracDat Update Now Available
|

New Release Features Reporting Enhancements
The new release of TracDat improves
reporting so that when new reports are saved, all
links to the data are live. The benefit of this change
is that these reports can be posted to a website or
embedded in an email. Your institution now has even
better methods for communicating key information to
the appropriate individuals.

how to submit templates to the STML so that individuals
and institutions can share best practices. This
document walks you through everything you need to
know to take advantage of this new capability.
