Richard Katz Joins Nuventive as
Executive Vice President of Strategic Services

PITTSBURGH, PA, June 21, 2011 – Nuventive is pleased to announce that Richard Katz has joined our leadership team as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Services. Katz will provide this leadership part time and continue to lead the growth of his successful consulting firm Richard N. Katz and Associates. He brings tremendous depth in both the application of technology in higher education and in driving institutional performance. Katz was vice president of EDUCAUSE from 1996 until July 2010 and in 2001, he founded the EDUCAUSE Center for Applied Research (ECAR). Before joining EDUCAUSE, Katz held a variety of management and executive positions spanning 14 years at the University of California (UC), with responsibility for key institutional effectiveness initiatives.
